The video explains changes to the Pre-Add Match Queue in the upcoming release. In the current system, selecting “Pre-Add Matches” shows the full history of all pre-add returns received to date. In the updated code, the Pre-Add Match Queue will display only the most recent pre-add return. To view historical pre-add returns, users must navigate to Claims > History > Pre-Add Return, where they will have the same historical view as before, including the ability to download text files and drill into any processed pre-add return.
